Located at 1023 Lane Ave N SUITE 2, Jacksonville, FL 32254, Frazier's Auto Engine World operates as an auto repair shop serving Jacksonville in Florida. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as engine rebuilding service, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
In Jacksonville, shops are busiest on Monday mornings and before holiday weekends, so a mid-week appointment gets a car seen faster. Labor rates across Florida vary by neighborhood and by shop type, from small independents to dealership service bays, and mobile mechanics now cover many routine jobs in the driveway. Before authorizing a repair, ask for the estimate in writing, whether the shop warranties parts and labor (12 months / 12,000 miles is common, some offer more), and whether it can provide a loaner or a shuttle. Check the listing for hours, the makes the shop works on and its Google rating, then call ahead, since walk-in capacity is limited at smaller shops.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 amβ6 pm. It is closed on Saturday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. No phone number is listed for this business, so the Google Maps link on this page is the best route for directions and any contact details Google has on file.
Its Google rating stands at 2.6 out of 5 from 42 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.
Jacksonville is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Jacksonville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Details on this page come from public sources and may change; confirm anything important by phone before relying on it. Business owners can claim the listing to keep it up to date.

They did a great job repairing my engine. Quick, inexpensive compared to others, reliable and a pleasure to do business with. Would highly recommend.

Never buy anything from this company. I purchased an engine from them β a 2016 Kia Sorento 2.4. At first everything looked fine: the guy was friendly, and he delivered the engine the next morning. The engine was clean and looked good on the outside. When we tried to install it, we discovered that the engine was not the correct type at all: a different crankshaft was installed the crankshaft trigger wheel was different the engine displacement was different β‘ this engine could never have worked in my vehicle. I contacted the seller immediately. For weeks he kept telling me, βI will bring the other engine tomorrowββ¦ then the next dayβ¦ and again the next dayβ¦ This went on for a full month. Then he completely disappeared and never responded again. I decided to open the engine myself, and I found even worse problems: the main bearing caps were not properly torqued the rod bolts were also loose although he claimed it had a new timing chain, oil pump, pistons, and rings, in reality the engine was full of cheap Chinese parts that did not fit correctly This company sold me a bad, incorrect, and unsafe engine. I will never buy from them again β it was a waste of money and a waste o

I spent $1650.75 on a 2014 v6 motor . Put it in my vehicle and it was knocking after he was βrebuildingβ it for 2 months after I gave him cash on hand. He wouldnβt let me get power to the motor so I can see if it worked. He said he replaced the rods and pistons. Everything was bad! After I went to his building to confront him he moved locations. I still have receipts of me buying from him I was 17 at the time now Iβm 19 almost 20 you ripped me off I want my money back SKAMMER.

I tried for 3 weeks to get an engine from this man. he brought me the wrong engine the first time. and I told him that it wouldn't work it was the wrong year. he insisted I try it but I refused. I told him I needed a complete engine and I told him the interchangeable years. 2 weeks later he shows up with a block and heads no front cover no crank gear no oil pan no valve covers no oil pump no water pump. that he would come back tomorrow and finish it that he had the parts at his shop. I live a couple hours away from this mans shop. I told him never mind ill just fix the one I have. I'm glad I decided to just fix mine after reading these reviews this man in a crook

This man does not fix vehicles correctly. He kept my truck for 10 months-lied to me to took my money-never fixed it. He has ripped me and others off don't use him. You will regret it. My story: He took my vehicle I gave him 2,500 dollars told me it would be fixed in two weeks and it ended up being 10 months. He eventually gave me a used engine which he didn't put in then I had to pay someone else to put it in. Then that engine blew in 3 months in 1900 miles. I took the vehicle back on January 3 and it now he has gotten it towed to a tow yard and their is no engine in it at all and I have to pay $695 dollars to get it out of tow because he left it on property where it did not belong. He is a Ponzi scheme where he sets up shop takes money and then moves his location. He has been in 4 places in 2 years and he has lost every mechanic and secretary that worked for him.
